Location great reception staff and housekeeping were also so great One minute from underground and busses 2 minuets from Oxford st by bus Maybe it was slightly overpriced. The lady Maggie in reception helped us with reservation in multiple restaurant reservation which we failed to get a reservation in I think it’s right choice especial for families and group of friends Sure it is considered to be my reservation next visit

Opposite to Lancaster Station and close to Hyde Park. Also walkable distance to Paddington station. No comments except water pipeline leakage during our stay and emergency repairs to be carried out outside the basement room.

Clean, comfortable, lovely staff + perfect location! My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom superior + 1 bathroom and it was lovely. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, which, having a 2 year old, we so appreciated. Our room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Great location too - very easy to get wherever we needed to around London, visits to the West End and further west to Richmond Park. Thank you, Fountain House, for our lovely stay - can't recommend them highly enough.

Central yet overlooking Italian fountains in Hyde Park This must be one of the most attractive locations in London, directly overlooking the beautiful Italian fountains at Hyde Park, with Marble Arch (at the top of Oxford Street), Bayswater and Paddington within easy walking distance. 3 bedroom apartments are a rare find, wish it was better furnished and more cheerful but it was meticulously cleaned every morning by the diligent housekeeping team and every inch of the kitchen was clean. All of the concierges were wonderful: extremely helpful and invariably friendly, going out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations, responding quickly with our queries for a can opener, the heater, extra hangers - great job, boys!

These apartments are very well located. Lancaster gate station is just across the street and Paddington station is a 10 min walk.Apartments are very comfortable & clean. Kitchen is fully equiped. There is daily housekeeping except Sundays. Staff is polite and always ready to help and are available 24hours. I always prefer apartments on the higher floors.

We stayed in the Superior Two Bedroom Apartment. It is very well located in a central area and overlooking the Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate Tube Station is just across the Road and Paddington Tube Station is 10 Minutes walk. There are whole lot of Restaurants and a good Supermarket within walking distance. There is a 24 hours Reception and the entire Staff is extremely helpful. Even though we checked in at about 1 AM, the gentleman at the Reception brought our luggage to the Room. We would highly recommend it.

Great location and view, close to Paddington station where you can take Heathrow express.Lift is very small and slow , half the time do not know if one will get stuck inside or not. It is better to take the stairs. Sitting area is large and comfortable so are the rooms. One of the rooms do not have a wardrobe which is a bit inconvenient. Overall fantastic place to stay in London

My wife and two adult 'kids' had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is located right next to Lancaster gate tube and Hyde Park just across the road. The two bedrooms, kitchen and parlour were all in 'good' condition and all appliances were in working order. The showers were strong and loads of hot water every time. It ha a very large fridge to boot, washing machine and full equipped kitchen. Ironing board to my wife's delight. The staff were very helpful and friendly, Checking-in was a breeze. We were in Apartment 1 on the ground floor. You won't go wrong with Fountain House.

i was recommended to Mayfair by a friend of mine , who lives in London the location was excellent as it was close to the action, shopping restaurants etc my room was fabulous and the service was excellent breakfast was great, and although they dont have an al al a carte , the staff are very flexible and dont charge for the buffet if you only want coffee and toast absolutely cant wait to make my London home the MayfairThe apartment was very clean and well equipped. My only comments is that it is very dark in the basement apartments and I would personally prefer a higher floor. Additionally the apartment was very cold and took the day for it to warm up. The floors are marble and made it feel colder. It would've been nice for the apartment heating to be on for when we arrived. Comments aside I would recommend these apartments 100%
